MOBILITY PERFORMANCE MEASURES

The Norwegian Ministry of Transport and Communications and The Norwegian Public Roads Administration want to develop and implement performance measures for traffic flow conditions - both for general traffic and for freight transport. SINTEF has conducted a study on this subject, which represent a decision basis in this process. The goals are to identify mobility performance goals, define relevant indicators for evaluating the goal achievement, and describe methods and equipment for performance measures.
