The report examines the degree to which the five objectives of deploying ASAP police patrols set forth in Columbus ASAP's Detailed Operational Plan have been accomplished, and also considers the catalytic impact of the Enforcement Countermeasure Activity Area. It also considers the effects of some non-ASAP forces on the achievement of these objectives.
