SORT Standardised On-Road Test Cycles
This pamphlet describes how the SORT project arose as an initiative of the International Association of Public Transport (UITP) Bus Committee, but rapidly began to extend far beyond the scope of the Committee. The main objective of the SORT project was to design reproducible test cycles for on-road tests for buses in order to measure their fuel consumption.
