A Set of Guidelines for Socioeconomic Cost Benefit Analysis of Transportation Infrastructure Project Appraisal
The objective of this publication is to provide appraisal guidelines for transportation infrastructure project proposals. The publication is intended to be used as a framework approach, which at its core is a cost-benefit analysis of those elements that can justifiably be valued in monetary terms. In addition to this, there should be reporting of environmental and broader policy impacts that are brought together with the cost-benefit analysis in a coherent way to produce an overall assessment.
