Temeljne Znacajke Ugovora O Poslu Multimodalnoga Prometa

In multimodal transportation operations, a good knowledge of major contract elements is a precondition for legal relations to improve successfully between active participants, including multimodal transportation operators and senders. The authors focus on concisely and systematically elaborating on the multimodal transportation contract's fundamental characteristics: contracting procedures, a contract's legal form, unessential and essential elements, and the concept of the contract, as well as contract breach, amendments, and modifications.
