Climate Action Program at Caltrans
The Climate Action Team (CAT) was established in California in 2006 with the objective of continuing the coordination of an overall climate policy directed at achieving climate change reduction targets for California. This report analyzes programs and strategies that are considered to have the potential for significantly contributing to the established greenhouse gas (GHG) reduction targets. The report details the strategies, implementation steps, time frames, and estimated potential emission reductions and costs.
