Identifying and prioritising community expectations for road asset management
This report contains an overview and the outcomes of a four-stage study to examine the expectations and wishes of Victorian road users in regards to road asset maintenance. Specifically the study examines community expectations in relation to the three main types of maintenance activity undertaken by VicRoads: pavement (or road surface) maintenance, roadside maintenance and bridge maintenance.
