The National Surface Transportation Policy and Revenue Commission: An Interview with Commissioner Steve Heminger
The National Surface Transportation Policy and Review Commission was created in response to Safe, Accountable, Flexible, Efficient Transportation Equity Act-A Legacy for Users (SAFETEA-LU) legislation. The next federal transportation bill series will be founded on the commission's findings. The article features an interview with Steve Heminger, who serves as one of twelve commissioners on the National Surface Transportation Policy and Review Commission.
