Commercial Vehicle Inspections in Canada: A Guide to National Safety Code Standards 11, 12 and 13
The purpose of this manual is to provide the motor carrier professional with the necessary information to comply with the safety requirements mandated under the National Safety Code for the maintenance and inspection of commercial vehicles. The manual provides guidelines to develop and implement safety programs which will ensure only safe equipment gets on the road. Operators and carriers have the responsibility to ensure equipment is maintained in safe condition to avoid the possibility of accident due to mechanical defects.
