Transport Infrastructure is a compilation of papers from various publications concerned with issues related to highways and public transportation. Each section focuses on a specific topic, such as: Infrastructure and Economic Development exploring the relationship between infrastructure development and economic growth; Infrastructure Networks describing multi centered regional transportation hubs, access to peripheral regions and how to best manage congestion and traffic flow; Infrastructure Measurement and Evaluation examines closely the relationship between infrastructure and the macroeconomy and how much impact the relationship has; and Case Studies which presents specific examples of the ideas and theoretical proposals suggested in the previous papers.
