BUS PASSENGER SURVEYS IN SMALL CITIES

This article describes the results of on-board bus passenger surveys conducted in four cities with populations less than 50,000. Specifically a discussion of the techniques used, a description of the experience gained through personal contact with the bus riders and transit operators, and a summary of the information collected in the survey are presented. /SASI/
