BICYCLE CIRCULATION IN PHILADELPHIA-VOLUME I: THE CENTER CITY NETWORK; VOLUME II: THE RADIAL ROUTES AND BICYCLING-SUPPORT SYSTEMS

This report sets forth the elements of a system for the safe and efficient movement of bicycles within Philadelphia's central business district, and particularly among the major centers of Bicentennial activity. As an interim report submitted prior to completion of the study, it is intended to given the Department of Public Property and other City agencies an opportunity to review its findings and recommendations, and to begin implementation of them, in time to serve the large influx of visitors expected in 1976. /Authors/
