The general aim of the program is to prevent the repetition of 'driving under the influence' and 'proscribed content of alcohol' offences of people who undergo the program. Objectives of the program are that members 1) obtain a general knowledge of alcohol 2) acquire the ability to discriminate their blood alcohol levels (bal) 3) know the law on drinking and driving, and why the law exists 4) adopt alternative behaviour to driving when bal is greater than 0.79gms% 5) learn how to drink so as to keep their bal below 0.08. /TRRL/
