Opinions on the Conduct of Driver Education in an Era of Graduated Driver Licensing Systems Part Two
This paper presents opinions on driver education in view of the prevalence of Graduated Driver Licensing (GDL). Results of a survey of driver educators and education professionals are presented. The education professionals in general favored a longer term of instruction that continues after the student gets a learner's permit. Driver educators favored a shorter term of instruction that ends when the student gets a learner's permit or shortly thereafter.
