In this report we consider a batch service shuttle system. That is, passengers arrive at a terminal, wait for a vehicle to carry them out of the terminal and then they exit the system. The system has one-infinite capacity vehicle. Waiting costs may be linear or convex. We have extensively considered the cost function when waiting costs are linear and we have presented the optimal policy for the case where costs are convex. /GMRL/
