SJ Achieves a Remarkable Turnaround

This article examines the remarkable turnaround achieved during the last two years by SJ, Sweden's state owned national passenger operator. The company went from the brink of bankruptcy to profits through a recovery program designed to reduce costs and improve net profits by introducing new business models aimed at increasing margins.
