To improve a section of State Route 17 in Santa Cruz County near Scotts Valley from 0.1 kilometer (9.06 mile) south to 0.43 kilometer (0.26 mile) north of Laurel Road : initial study and mitigated negative declaration
This document examines the potential environmental impacts of alternatives for a proposed project located in Santa Cruz County, California. The objective of the project is to provide additional recovery area for errant vehicles, as the existing roadway has limited stopping-sight distance and narrow shoulders. Proposed improvements include widening shoulders and lengthening turn lanes.
