People Buy With Their Eyes
Although it is impossible to predict the service life of pavement, proper maintenance and the use of a sealcoat can substantially improve how long it lasts. This article provides an economic justification for frequent sealcoating, and discusses some of the benefits. The benefits of regular sealcoating include: improving the look of the pavement, sealing hairline cracks, helping the pavement resist oxidation, protecting against oil and gas leaks, helping retain flexibility, replacing eroded surface, easing pavement cleaning, extending pavement life and saving the customer money.
