Risky Driving Habits and Motor Vehicle Driver Injury
This study examined the associations between habitual risky driving, prior convictions and motor vehicle driver injury using cross-sectional data from the New Zealand Blood Donors' Health Study. This ongoing, prospective cohort study aims to examine lifestyle and psychological determinants of serious injury. Baseline data from the study provided an opportunity to examine the cross-sectional associations between risky driving habits and motor vehicle driver injuries in an opportunistic sample of more than 22,000 individuals.
