Automatic Diagnostics of Loop Detectors and the Data Collection System in the Berkeley Highway Lab
This document is the final report for a project which had the primary objectives of maintaining, improving, and conducting research on the Berkeley Highway Laboratory (BHL) detector system. The project involved a two-level, nine diagnostic scheme which was developed including dynamic diagnostics based on speed and vehicle composition.
