Feasibility Study for the China Railway Intermodal Container Transport Development Project. Executive Summary. Final Report
Supported by a grant from USTDA, the Ministry of Railways contracted with TERA International Group, Inc., of United States to provide assistance to the CRCTC for a Feasibility Study for the China Railway Intermodal Transport Project. The primary objective of the Feasibility Study is to provide technical assistance to the CRCTC in preparing a detailed assessment of the intermodal container transport sector in China and how CRCTC's operations in servicing this sector can be improved based on the lessons learned, best practices, and relevant technologies from countries such as the United States, which have highly developed intermodal container transport technologies and practices.
