Whose Future Is It, Anyway? The Essential Public Process
This conference presentation discusses the Envision Utah project. Utah prefers the term "quality growth" rather than "smart growth" when referring to its long-range visioning effort. The review covers the premise on which Utah started the partnership for quality growth, the process that Utah has been going through, the vision and its characteristics, and the progress to date.
