SEAT BELT UTILIZATION IN SAUDI ARABIA AND ITS IMPACT ON ROAD ACCIDENT INJURIES
This study assesses the degree of conforming to the law requiring the use of seat belts in Saudi Arabia in two Riyadh suburbs during the first few months after its enactment. The study examines the initial impact of the law on the number of road accident injuries investigates the relationship between personal characteristics and degree of conformity with the law.
