CALTRANS CLEARS MANY HURDLES DURING A YEAR OF CHALLENGES
This article, from the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) 2003 Annual Report Issue, gives an overview of Caltrans accomplishments that have taken place in the past year. According to the article, Caltrans delivered 574 projects valued at $2.6 billion, and continued work on $7 billion in highway projects and $3 billion in rail and transit.
