HOW A SINGLE SHORT TELEPHONE NUMBER CAN GENERATE MORE NEW PASSENGERS
The article suggest that despite of the latest advances that have been made in communication technology, the telephone still remains the fastest and by far the easiest way to get hold of mobility information. Both the land based and mobile telephone is a very widespread communication tool available and accessible to all layers of the population.
