CONTAINER REPAIR STANDARDS--WHO NEEDS THEM?

While the larger repairs in West Germany are channeling further huge investments into repair and refurbishing facilities, there is an underlying feeling that overcapacity, combined with the repair standards controversy, will put the smaller repairs out of business. The article discusses whether lobbying for mandatory repair standards is something the industry should take seriously, or merely an expression of self-interest from the repairers themselves.
