TYRE MODEL FOR VEHICLE SIMULATION : OVERVIEW AND REAL TIME SOLUTION FOR CRITICAL SITUATIONS

This paper focuses on the development of a tire model for simulation purposes that is based on strain and stress factors. It is intended that the model be used in generating a multidimensional description table meant for real time applications of active safety.
