DEVELOPING A COMPUTERIZED TRAFFIC CONTROL SYSTEM

Applications of modern electrical/mechanical/control technologies result in highly successful traffic control systems when such applications are coupled with proper technical management considerations. Some of these major planning and managerial concerns discussed include: development of objectives; basic functions; environmental, hardware/software, auxiliary, functional requirements; contractors qualifications and contract administration.
