ACCESSIBILITY MEASURES FORMULATION CONSIDERATIONS AND CURRENT APPLICATIONS
This report examines micro-scale and macro-scale factors for inclusion in an ideal accessibility measure. Their potential influence on the evaluation of mode choice and destination choice is discussed. Availability in Texas' major cities is presented, as well as the subjective nature of the factors. In addition, an evaluation of accessibility measures currently in use is presented.
