COLD MIXES : THE OPTEL PROJECT
This article contains a report from the OPTEL consortium, a group of seven European academic and industry organizations that came together to devise ways to improve the understanding of the use of cold mix pavement technologies to create a more rational, standardized system. It includes details of cold mix performance and design, emulsions and particle size, and discusses discovered areas where more work is needed.
