DISTRIBUTED MONITORING ARCHITECTURE FOR MOVABLE OBJECTS OVER THE GSM SYSTEM
This paper presents a wireless communications monitoring architecture that is based on Global Positioning System (GSP). The architecture features three parts involving the transmission of the data to the GPS provider, the decision regarding whether or not to send the results to the monitoring center, and receipt of the data which provides advice to the driver.
