CUTTER RESOURCE EFFECTIVENESS EVALUATION MODEL. VOLUME I. ANALYSIS AND SYNTHESIS OF COAST GUARD PROGRAMS
This report documents the analysis of Coast Guard Programs and the logic of the structured synthesis necessary to obtain useable scenarios for the Cutter Resource Effectiveness Evaluation Model which evaluates craft performance in Coast Guard missions. This volume contains the necessary information for the users of the CREE Model to realistically model their particular operational area in a flow chart formatted scenario so that craft performance evaluation can be subsequently conducted. Detailed listing of a spectrum of operational requirements are presented as well as a typical sample scenario. Subsequent volumes of this series address the actual evaluation procedure and utilization of the CREE Model. (Author)
