CUTTER RESOURCE EFFECTIVENESS EVALUATION MODEL. EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
This report provides a concise overview of the Cutter Resource Effectiveness Evaluation Model which evaluates the performance of HPWC and conventional craft in Coast Guard missions. The background of the project is briefly discussed to provide an historical perspective of the CREE Model. An overview of the technical aspects of the model is presented. Appendices contain sample results to illustrate the technical aspects. (Author)
