FLORIDA AND MODERN TRAFFIC SIGNAL CONTROL
This article aims to illustrate how the Florida State Roadway Department dealt with the problem of implementing modern traffic signal controls on both urban and rural state roads and highways in the early 1960s, a time of rapid modernization in traffic control engineering.
