SILICA FUME IN LIGHTWEIGHT CONCRETE BRIDGES IN NORWAY: A REVIEW
Lightweight concrete bridges are a common type of construction in Norway. Lightweight material is selected when it offers the most economical solution while maintaining the durability necessary for long service life. In this paper, an overview is provided of lightweight concrete bridge construction, with reference to some of the development work behind the current status of its use.
