TRUCK TRANSPORT REGULATION; WHERE ARE WE GOING
This paper suggests alternate choice respecting truck regulation in the future to ensure the development of an "accessible, equitable and efficient transportation system." The truck transport mode is obliged to function and develop within the most complex framework of laws, regulations, policies and administrative practices faced by any mode in the Canadian transportation system.
