DECENTRALIZED DELAYED-FEEDBACK CONTROL OF AN OPTIMAL VELOCITY TRAFFIC MODEL
In this paper, the authors present a method for revealing the traffic jam phenomenon in an optimal velocity traffic model under an open boundary condition. They also discuss how a decentralized delayed- feedback control method is used to suppress the traffic jam.
