URBAN ROAD TRANSPORTATION ANALYSIS IN EMERGENCY CONDITIONS: MODELS AND ALGORITHMS
This paper presents a general framework with specific methods and models for analyzing urban road transportation performance in emergency conditions when exogenous phenomena occur. A global procedure and subsystem for analyzing supply, demand and demand-supply interaction are proposed.
