CONTINUOUS-DISCRETE CONTROL-THEORETIC MODELS FOR HUMAN-MACHINE PERFORMANCE
This paper describes how the Optimal Control Model (OCM)-based approach can be applied to modeling car driving. The approach takes into account driver steering performance in addition to attention that is focused on the steering tasks and other monitoring and control tasks associated with advanced driver information systems.
