RECOGNIZING VEHICLE IN INFRA-RED IMAGES USING IMAP PARALLEL VISION BOARD

This article describes a method for vehicle detection which uses infrared images, thus allowing the algorithm to operate both day and night. The operations of the system are described and the advantages of its use are also discussed.
