CONCEPTION, DESIGN AND FABRICATION OF AN ALL COMPOSITE SNOWPLOUGH FOR HIGHWAYS
This paper describes the development and application of composite materials used as primary load-bearing structural components for highway snowplough equipment. The main objective of this work was to design and develop a light weight composite snowplough with inherent damping characteristics to reduce the transmission of road surface vibration into the vehicle structure and to reduce power consumption.
