PROJECT DELIVERY SYSTEMS FOR CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS
The four basic construction systems, their definitions, relationships, characteristics, and probable completion times are presented. Also presented are advantages and disadvantages for each system. A method for systems application, which relates the various systems data to project characteristics and environment and the construction professional's place in executing the method, are examined. Contracts are considered briefly as they relate to the construction systems.
