DESIGN OF MOBILE COMMUNICATION SYSTEMS USING SPATIAL DATA
In this paper, the authors describe the design of a cellular mobile communication system on a two dimensional plane using spatial data. Spatial data indicating vehicle flow characteristics are studied. The authors discuss how spatial data can be used to determine the number of channels in each cell.
