NEXT GENERATION UNIVERSAL TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (UTMS'21) IN JAPAN

This paper gives an overview of the Next Generation Traffic Management System (UTMS'21) developed in Japan. The new system is created by adding image processing, the Help system for Emergency Life saving by Public safety agency (HELP), and the Driving Safety Support System (DS3) to the existing Universal Traffic Management System (UTMS).
