SELF RULE ORGANIZATION IN A NON-SIGNAL URBAN TRAFFIC FLOW
In this paper, the authors present a dynamic behavior and collective rule organization traffic model. The model is applied in a non- signalized street for analyzing the rule organization by a distributed autonomous system. Results from experiments suggest that the rule organization and communications can reduce traffic cost.
