DALIAN WONDER : SOLVING CHINA'S TRAFFIC PUZZLE
This article describes an urban traffic control center established for the city of Dalian in China. The control center features the following primary systems: a traffic signal control system, traffic cameras, automatic tracking display system, dynamic information wall map, traffic guidance system, synthetic management system, police vehicle global positioning system, automatic red light offender detection, and urban traffic information system.
