DYNAMIC USER-OPTIMAL ASSIGNMENT MODEL OF ROAD NETWORK WITH TRAFFIC SIGNAL CONTROL AT ITS INTERSECTIONS
In this paper, the authors present a dynamic traffic assignment model and algorithm that is used for traffic signal control at intersections. The model is useful in converting a dynamic user- optimal route choice problem to an optimal control program.
