STRUCTURAL ADEQUACY IN ASPHALT INTERSECTIONS
An earlier article in this publication discussed why road intersections require special attention and what key steps are necessary in order to establish an intersection strategy. It provides a basis for the assessment of an asphalt intersection and helps determine an intersection's structural adequacy for consideration of rehabilitation or repair alternatives.
