THE EFFECT OF INFLATIONARY COSTS ON HIGHWAY CONSTRUCTION: THE BRITISH COLUMBIA EXPERIENCE
Highway construction in British Columbia has experienced large cost increases. This report includes some research into the costs of those factors which affect each unit of work such as labour, machiner, parts, fuels, explosives, etc, and suggestions which will defer spiralling and unnecessary increases. /RTAC/
