FULL FLEET MAINTENANCE THE BONBARDIER WAY
Bombardier offers a choice of train and train equipment maintenance support packages, but the company's preferred approach is full fleet maintenance. The concept of full fleet maintenance encompasses routine daily maintenance, both schedule and preventive. It includes supply of parts and labor, servicing and refuelling, and external cleaning through to heavy maintenance and overhaul. The approach to a fleet management contract is comprehensive but also flexible and proactive. Total responsibility means understanding the vehicle's performance in service and adapting solutions accordingly. Bombardier's approach is an increasingly attractive and common option, and the number of customers is growing.
